The Flex cleaning plan is a popular option to the Willow Clean because it focuses on the CORE of your home and often hardest rooms / areas to clean and discounted 20% below our Willow Clean.

 

The areas included in the Flex Cleaning

 

Kitchen

 

All Bathrooms

 

One additional room (Often the Master Bedroom or Family Room)

 

Throughout the home Vacuum and Mop all floors including stairs. 

 

The pro's clean these rooms and areas, in the same way, as the Willow cleaning. You can expect the same high-quality cleaning as to the Willow Clean with the exception of a deeply discounted price.

 

Many of our customers don't mind cleaning some of the easier areas that are not included in this cleaning package. A perfect match for those customers who do some of the lighter house cleaning.

 

Important things to know about Flex Cleaning

    

You can upgrade or return to Willow Cleaning at any time.

 

The kitchen is considered to be the area where the kitchen countertops and cabinets end. The adjacent dining area is not included in this cleaning package.

 

If you select the Master Bedroom as your one additional room, our service does not include changing the linens and making the beds. That can be added for $5.

 

 At any time, you can rotate your one additional room between Master Bedroom and Family Room. If you are making changes to the rotating room, please leave a note for the maids or contact the office.

 

Any like size room in the home can be used as your one additional room. This could be any Den, Formal Dining Room,  Bedroom, Playroom, etc.

 

Except for the floors, the following areas are not included and will not be dusted or cleaned.  Areas may include but are not limited to, Foyer, common areas, Laundry room, Formal Dining Room, Bedrooms, Den or Study, dining area adjacent to kitchen, hallways, stair rails and spindles, front door window and adjacent windows.

 

To have the entire home cleaned including those areas not included in the Willow Cleaning many customers often purchase a (spring) Deluxe Cleaning once a year or more frequently.
